The Public Prosecution has charged 16 individuals, including the head of the Derna Reconstruction Fund, with mismanagement of assigned work due to the collapse of the Derna dams.
The Head of the Derna Reconstruction Fund and a Committee Member face charges of mismanagement, according to the Attorney General's office.
The office confirmed that 14 of the 16 accused will appear in court in Derna tomorrow, while two defendants will be tried in absentia as they are currently abroad.
