The Law Enforcement Administration has taken decisive action to stop illegal activities in the Hussein Forest, located in the Qasr Khiyar area. The forest, spanning over 2,000 hectares, had been targeted by illegal loggers.
According to a statement on the administration’s official Facebook page, patrols were deployed following instructions from the Attorney General. They successfully confiscated equipment and machinery used in the deforestation activities and arrested those involved.
Authorities have confirmed that all necessary legal measures have been taken, with the case referred to the Attorney General’s office for further action.
