The newly-appointed Bangladeshi ambassador to Libya, Abul Hasnat Mohammad Khairul Bashar, expressed his country's support for the efforts made by the Government of National Unity (GNU) to achieve stability in all parts of Libya, stressing his country's keenness to enhance and develop joint cooperation in the interest of the two countries, according to a statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 

Libyan Foreign Minister Najla Al-Mangoush received in her office on Wednesday the new ambassador of Bangladesh, who presented a copy of his credentials as his country's ambassador to the State of Libya.

Al-Mangoush welcomed the new ambassador, wishing him success in performing his duties. She stressed the need to consolidate cooperation and partnership in areas that benefit the two countries.
