The spokesman for the Libyan House of Representatives (HoR) Abdullah Blehiq said the new government cabinet, including Prime Minister Fathi Bashagha, will be sworn in on Thursday at noon at the headquarters of the HoR in Tobruk.

This comes one day after Bashagha has received HoR confidence for his cabinet of 29 ministers, six state ministers and three deputy prime ministers.

This new government has split Libyans into two opinions: supporters and opponents. Meanwhile, Dbeibah’s unity government said it would remain in power until it holds parliamentary elections in June.
