The African Intelligence website has revealed that the UN envoy to Libya, Abdoulaye Bathily, had invited international special envoys to Libya to a meeting in Tunis next Thursday, December 8.

Bathily raised this issue during his recent international tour, which included Ankara, Doha and Abu Dhabi, according to the website, adding that Tunis meeting will be held before the Security Council session on Libya.

The American Richard Norland and the French Paul Soler are expected to attend, pointing out that the agenda will include discussing the unification of the military institution.
