The head of the High Council of State (HCS), Khaled Al-Mishri, met Thursday, with the Special Representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations and Head of the United Nations Support Mission in Libya, Abdoulaye Bathily, in the capital, Tripoli.
Bathily gave Al-Mishri a full briefing on his recent meetings and talks on Libya, which resulted in his initiative that he presented to the Security Council, according to the HCS media office.
The two sides also discussed last Libyan political developments, including the adoption of the 13th constitutional amendment.
