The Special Representative of the Secretary-General and Head of the United Nations Support Mission in Libya, Abdoulaye Bathily, has expressed his thanks to all Libyans participated, Thursday, in the live digital dialogue on human rights.

“Thank you to all Libyans who engaged with me this evening in our live digital dialogue on human rights. I am grateful that you shared your thoughts. Your voices have been heard and I will continue working to give Libyans the future they deserve”, Bathily tweeted.

On Thursday, Bathily held a live digital dialogue with Libyans from all over the country, focusing on the challenges facing human rights in Libya, on the occasion of International Human Rights Day, which is celebrated annually around the world on December 10 every year.
