The Steering Council of Benghazi Municipality discussed with the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF)’s representative in Libya, Mohammed Fayazi, the development of a drinking water network plan in coordination with the General Company for Water and Sanitation to facilitate project implementation.
This came during a meeting between the Council Mayor Saqr Bujwari and the UNICEF representative, attended by UNICEF’s Benghazi Office Director, along with several municipal officials.
According to a post on the municipality’s official Facebook page, the meeting also covered ongoing and planned UNICEF projects in Benghazi, as well as future programs set for implementation.
