The head of the National Oil Corporation (NOC), Mustafa Sanallah, announced that the NOC has established a fund of five million Dinars dedicated as urgent support to the city of Benghazi. This payment comes under the framework of providing support to all Libyan regions in an effort to restore normal life to any areas affected by war.
The announcement was made after a meeting took place between Sanalla and the Mayor of Benghazi Abdulrahman Abbar at the headquarters of the Gulf Oil Company today. The NOC has announced in the past that it will finance the building of the headquarters of the Security Directorate of Benghazi in it's former location in the Huwari region of the city of Benghazi.
