The British Embassy in Libya has welcomed the appointment of the Governor and Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Libya, stressing the importance of this step to support economic stability in the country.
The embassy expressed its encouragement to all Libyan parties to work to agree on the formation of a reliable and accountable Board of Governors, indicating that restoring confidence in the Central Bank of Libya with the Libyan people is necessary.
