Businessman Jumaa Al-Osta freed after 8 days detention
The Director of the Investigation Bureau in the Attorney General's Office, Siddiq Al-sour, has confirmed that the Attorney General's Office in Tripoli ordered the release of the Libyan businessman Jumaa Al-Osta after referring him to the office by the General Investigation Department.
Al-sour clarified that Al-Osta was brought to the Attorney General's office on Monday through an official record to supplement the investigations against him for alleged offences, noting that Al-Osta left to his home immediately after his release and that he was in a good health state.
Al-Osta was arrested 8 days ago from his home in Tripoli in mysterious circumstances before the General Investigation Department in Tripoli announced that it was behind his arrest on charges of criminal cases.
