The governor of the central Bank of Libya (CBL), the Head of the Presidential Council Fayez Al-Sirraj, the Chairman of the National Oil Corporation (NOC) Mustafa Sanallah, and the CEO of the Libyan Investment Authority (LIA) Ali Mahmoud discussed support for the NOC and vital institutions in Libya to boost the national economy.
