Chief of General Staff of the Libyan army, Mohammed Al-Mahdi has discussed with the Social Council of the Tuareg Tribes in Libya the activation of the military establishment in the south and supporting the Sabha military zone and the border guards in the region.

The council emphasized the importance of completing the financial and administrative procedures concerning those serving in the security organs in the south.

It also called for providing support for the forces securing the oil fields, stressing the need to fulfil their financial benefits and complete the procedures concerning their recruitment into the military structure, according to the Media Office of the council.
