Chief of Staff of the Libyan Army, Lt. Gen. Mohamed Haddad, has discussed ways of joint cooperation with Tunisia, at an official visit during which he met with Tunisian army leaders.

According to a statement by the Chief of Staff, Haddad met with the Director General of the Tunisian Defense Intelligence and Security Agency, Lt. Gen. Habib Daif; Chief of Staff of the Tunisian Land Army, Lt. Gen. Mohamed Al-Ghoul; and Chief of Staff of the Tunisian Air Force, Lt. Gen. Mohamed Al-Hajjam.

Haddad also met with Tunisian Defense Minister, Khaled Al-Sahili at the headquarters of the Tunisian Ministry of Defense, where they exchanged views on the development of the situation in the regional area, and reviewed the extent of the development of bilateral cooperation, and efforts made by both parties to preserve the historical and bilateral relations between the two countries.
