Chinese President Xi Jinping has extended his congratulations to Presidential Council Chairman Mohamed Menfi on the occasion of the country’s 73rd Independence Day.
In a message, President Jinping highlighted the longstanding friendship between the two nations, which have shared diplomatic ties for 46 years.
