The Communications and Informatics Public Authority has launched a new platform “Tawasul” to receive citizens’ complaints directly about telecommunications services.
This came during a meeting held by the head of the Authority, Abdel Baset Al-Baour, to discuss electronic services packages.
The “Tawasul” platform will count complaints and track them with the companies concerned. It will also allow citizens to track the path of their complaints and the procedures for resolving them, in addition to developing a direct visual program that makes it easier for citizens to submit their reports and complaints in particular.
This step comes within the framework of efforts made to improve communication services within the authority digital transformation plan, according to the authority.
