Foreign ministers from the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) have urged all Libyan factions to continue discussions aimed at establishing conditions for free and fair elections.

In a statement following their meeting in Kazakhstan, the ministers voiced support for the Libyan-led political process facilitated by the United Nations.

Expressing deep concern over Libya's decade-long instability, they reaffirmed their commitment to the country's unity, sovereignty, and territorial integrity.

The CSTO's member states include Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, and Tajikistan.
