Head of Government of National Unity, Abdul Hamid Dbeibah, has discussed with the military prosecutor, Abdul Rahman Al-Ruwayati, and the head of the General Authority of Military Justice, Abdul Salam Bin Gharbia, the progress of the military prosecution and courts.
Dbeibah stressed during the meeting the importance of adhering to legal standards in all stages of litigation and procedures related to military cases; stressing the need to maintain integrity and transparency in all operations.
The meeting also discussed ways to enhance cooperation between the various parties to ensure the application of the law to everyone without exception, and to work on developing the infrastructure of military courts to ensure the achievement of justice, according to the government's media office.
