Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, Abdul Hamid Dbeibah, held talks Sunday with UN envoy to Libya, Abdoulaye Bathily, on the outcomes of his recent consultations with local and international parties.

The two sides discussed in the course of their talks several serious proposals to conduct elections as soon as possible.

 Dbeibah and Bathily emphasized the need to issue the constitutional basis, in order to focus on the remaining practical steps conducive to elections.

They also discussed the role of development in stability, and fair distribution and prioritizing of such development.
