The Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, Minister of Defense Abdul Hamid Dbeibah, has received the Deputy Commander of the US Africa Command (AFRICOM), the Commander of the Special Operations Command in Africa (SOCAF), and his accompanying delegation, in the presence of the Libyan Chief of the General Staff.
During the meeting, both sides reviewed bilateral cooperation between Libya and the United States in the field of combating terrorism and border security, and the implementation of a number of joint training programs to raise the efficiency of Libyan army members.
