Prime Minister, Abdul Hamid Dbeibah, has called for enhanced bilateral relations between Libya and Malta across a range of sectors to support mutual interests.
In a meeting on Monday at his office in Tripoli, Dbeibah welcomed Malta's Ambassador to Libya, Charles Saliba, where discussions focused on political developments and strengthening cooperation between the two countries.
According to Libya’s government platform Hakomitna, Dbeibah emphasized the long-standing ties between Libya and Malta, stressing the importance of deepening partnerships in multiple fields, including trade and development. Ambassador Saliba reiterated Malta’s commitment to supporting Libya’s path to stability and expressed his country's interest in fostering development-focused collaborations.
