Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh has affirmed in an official letter that the legal representative of the Audit Bureau is Khaled Ahmed Shakshak, based on a previous communication from the Audit Bureau itself.
Dbeibeh stressed the need for all ministries, bodies, and institutions affiliated with the Council of Ministers to adhere to this directive until an agreement is reached regarding the assumption of sovereign positions.
This comes after Mohammad Takala issued a decision appointing Ahmed Aoun as head of the Audit Bureau, with an official announcement made confirming that he had assumed his duties following the decision.
