The ambassador of Netherlands to Libya, Dolf Hogewoning, has commended the efforts made by the High Council of State (HCS) and the House of Representatives (HoR) to agree on outstanding issues as soon as possible.
“Cordial conversation with the HCS head, Khaled Al-Mishri. Agreed on the importance of a solid inclusive national reconciliation process which goes hand in hand with a transitional justice”, Hogewoning tweeted.
