Abdul Hadi Sadiq, a singer famous for performing songs in praise of warlord Khalifa Haftar, has accused commander of so-called Negative Phenomena Control Agency, Faraj Egaiem, of killing his son and granddaughter, in a raid on their home in Benghazi on Monday.

Sadiq posted a video on Facebook saying that his son Yasser has been killed in connection with his participation in the attack on the former camp of Egaiem in Bersis town in 2017, some 57 km to the east of Benghazi.

He added that Egaiem has a list of those who were involved in the attack on his camp to assassinate them.

In return, Egaiem accused Sadiq's son of belonging to a terrorist group, and that he died in crossfire with his force, pointing out that they found weapons and explosive devices ready to be detonated in the house of the deceased.
