The Minister of Education, Musa Al-Maqrif, received at his office on Tuesday the Director of the Libya Telecom & Technology (LTT) company, Jaafar Faraj, to follow up on the digital transformation in the educational sector.

Faraj briefed the minister on the company's efforts aimed at expanding its free services to the education and health sectors, as he emphasized readiness to launch an educational platform for primary education to allow interaction between the teacher, the student, and his guardian.

For his part, Al-Maqrif reviewed the digital transformation agreement signed in 2008 and the obstacles hindering its progress, stressing the need to activate the e-learning project and the committee formed in this regard.
