Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan stressed during his speech on Sunday the need for his country to strengthen its power to intervene against Israel to protect the Palestinians.
“Just as we entered Karabakh and Libya, we can do the same with them. There is nothing preventing that. We just have to be strong in order to take these steps”, Erdogan said.
Erdogan pointed out that he had invited Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas to deliver a speech in the Turkish Parliament, noting that Abbas has not yet been able to respond positively to this invitation.
