Turkish President, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, said that he believes his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin, will take positive steps regarding the role of the Wagner Group in Libya without disclosing additional details.

Anadolu quoted Erdogan after returning from Moscow as saying that he is waiting for matters to be resolved in Libya in a similar step as those taken with Putin on Thursday regarding Idlib in Syria.

Erdogan described the position of Khalifa Haftar as one without any consensus which is now clear to all, indicating that Haftar works hard at stoking the war while never abiding by his pledges.
