The European Union Ambassador to Libya, Nicola Orlando, announced on Monday the launch of consultations on the cooperation package for the period 2025-2027 between Libya and the European Union.
“Had a highly productive meeting with Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Adel Jumaa and Minister of Local Government Badreddine Al Toumi, joined by my team”, Orlando said on his X platform page.
“We officially launched consultations on the EU cooperation package for 2025-27, focusing on governance and decentralization, economic diversification and digitalization, and energy & climate preparedness. We took note of lots of work ahead, but great alignment and shared momentum to build on”, he said.
