Libya’s former Minister of Culture, Habib Al-Amin, has called for the departure of the UN Secretary-General's Special Adviser on Libya, Stephanie Williams, from the country as soon as possible.

Al-Amin said in his tweet that Libya does not need the “prophecies” of the UN mission which makes promises to what he described as “dinosaurs”, accusing Williams of involvement in “conspiracies and dictations.”

Meanwhile, a group of activists accused Williams of being behind the formation of a new government led by Fathi Bashagha, saying that Williams was originally a supporter of Bashagha-Saleh list, which lost to Dbeibah-Menfi list in the elections of the Political Dialogue Forum in Geneva.
