The Arbitration Tribunal of the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris has dismissed the lawsuit filed by Portuguese construction group Way2b against Libya’s the Development of Administrative Center (DAC).

The DAC explained in a statement that the ruling of the Chamber which rejected the Portuguese group's request to oblige the Libyan state to pay compensation and financial amounts estimated at millions of euros was a final judgment.

It also clarified that the court charged the Portuguese group with the expenses of the case and the fees of the arbitrators on behalf of the Libyan state, pointing out that the ruling was made possible by the joint cooperation between the Department of State Affairs and the DAC.
