The number of immigrants to Italy has decreased in March by 88% of what it was in the same month last year, the European Border Protection Agency Frontex reported on Friday.

In a report, Frontex clarified that the number of immigrants dropped to about 6,000 persons, which represents a decrease of one-quarter from the same period last year, explaining that the largest number of migrants is of Eritrean nationality, about one in every four, followed then by the Tunisians.
