The Public Prosecution Office announced the arrest of a member of a gang that had kidnapped five foreigners for a ransom .
The Brigade 676 succeeded in arresting one of the kidnappers in Al-Shwerf municipality after tracking the suspects, the Public Prosecution Office explained.
The Brigade was able to identify the remaining kidnappers and the place of detention of the victims, determining the methods of torture used to force them to pay the ransom.
