The General Electricity Company of Libya (GECOL) has announced the continuation of major overhaul work for the sixth and seventh gas units at the South Tripoli gas plant.
South Tripoli gas plant is managed by specialized technicians with the participation and supervision of a specialized team from the German company Siemens, according to the GECOL media office.
On Monday, the GECOL confirmed the arrival of more electrical equipment to the Al-Khoms and South Tripoli plants to complete the heavy overhaul work currently being carried out in preparation for the summer peak.
