The General Electricity Company of Libya (GECOL) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Misrata Municipality.

The MoU includes a number of awareness and guidance measures to reduce the consumption of electrical energy, the GECOL said, indicating that the campaign will be launched next Sunday.
