A delegation from the General Staff of the Libyan Army has participated in the military meeting of the 5 + 5 Defense initiative in the Spanish capital, Madrid.
The General Staff said in a statement on Friday that the meeting is the thirty-ninth of the initiative's steering committee, while a meeting of the defense ministers of the ten countries will be held on December 12.
The next meeting will witness the signing of a proposed roadmap for the activities programmed by all countries for 2025, it added.
