GNC President Nuri Abu Sahmain has expressed his condolences to King Salman bin Abdulaziz of Saudi Arabia over the stampede which killed 769 pilgrims and injured many others in Mina.

4 Libyan pilgrims died in the stampede while 10 others are still missing, according to the Libyan Pilgrims Affairs Office.
