The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and the EU Mission are finalizing arrangements for an upcoming migration conference in Tripoli.
Acting Foreign Minister Taher Al-Baour met with EU Ambassador to Libya Nicola Orlando to discuss the activation of memorandums of understanding and agreements on combating illegal migration.
The meeting, held at the Ministry's headquarters in Tripoli focused on enhancing cooperation with European countries to address illegal migration and improve border security.
The Government of National Unity (GNU) aims to host the international conference in mid-July.
