The Government of National Unity (GNU) is preparing to launch a phone call service to receive citizens' comments and complaints, by developing a wide promotional plan to ensure that the service reaches all citizens, according to the GNU media office.

This came during a meeting held by the government spokesman, Mohammed Hammouda, with the Director General of the Citizen Service Center, and a number of directors of departments at the center.

During the meeting, Hamouda was briefed on the executive steps of the agreement concluded between Libya Post Company and the center, to serve the citizens in 34 offices throughout Libya as a first stage.
