United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres has held talks with the Acting Head of the United Nations Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL), Stephanie Koury, on developments in the political and security situation in Libya.
This came during a meeting held Monday at the United Nations headquarters in New York, according to the UNSMIL Facebook page.
According to the UNSMIL, the Secretary-General expressed his strong support for the mission's efforts to facilitate the political process aimed at resolving the current stalemate.
