Warlord Haftar met with Russian President Vladimir Putin at the Kremlin in Moscow on Saturday.
This came during Haftar's visit to Russia, which began last Wednesday to attend Moscow's celebrations of the 80th anniversary of the victory over Germany.
He arrived heading a delegation that included several of his sons and sons-in-law, as well as commanders from his forces.
Earlier, Khalifa Haftar met with Russian Defense Minister, Andrey Belousov in Moscow.
