Sources close to the Head of the Presidential Council, Mohammed Menfi, said he had canceled his visit to Sabha that was supposed to last from Monday to Wednesday.
Security sources in Sabha said a pro-Haftar military force stormed Sabha airport and forced all staffers, especially the dispatchers and handling employees, to leave so they could prohibit Menfi's plane from landing.
The sources added that the force which was positioned in Sabha to secure the visit of the Head of the Presidential Council pulled out after the pro-Haftar force showed up.
