Omar Al-Mukhtar Operations Room of Dignity Operation led by rogue General, Khalifa Haftar, has warned residents of Shiha neighborhood and downtown Derna of hosting military vehicles and fighters of Derna Shura Council.
In a Saturday statement, the room stressed that the farms and houses of those blocks will be targets for the Dignity Operation’s warplanes.
