Egyptian Prime Minister, Mostafa Madbouly has received head of the parallel government, Osama Hammad, in the city of New Alamein, where they talked about the role of Egyptian companies in the reconstruction of Libya.
The Egyptian Cabinet said, in a statement on Sunday, that Madbouly received “his Libyan counterpart, accompanied by the Director General of the Libya Development and Reconstruction Fund, Belgacem Haftar, the Chairman of the Reconstruction and Stability Committee, Hatem Al-Araibi, and the Director of the Medical Supply Authority.”
The statement quoted Madbouly as affirming “full support for the brotherly Libyan people, and Egypt’s keen interest to support and strengthen means of bilateral cooperation between the two brotherly countries in all fields,” noting “the great role played by Egyptian companies in the reconstruction work in Libya.”
