A member of the High Council of State (HCS), Saad Bin Sherada, has stated that there is a different step that is being consulted in Libya.
Bin Sherada added to the Russian news agency Sputnik, that the consultations that are taking place between the House of Representatives (HoR) and the HCS include the new road map that will be agreed upon in the amended constitution, describing it as the first intra-Libyan agreement.
Work will be done on the constitutional path after the formation of the new government that will supervise the draft constitution, so that elections and other stages are held based on a permanent constitution that will be put to a referendum, Bin Sherada explained.
