The head of the High Council of State (HCS), Khaled Al-Mishri has mourned the HCS member from the city of Kufra, Al-Senussi Al-Qummi, who passed away in the city of Misrata, due to health problems.
“He was one of the honest national figures”, Al-Mishri said, offering condolences to Al-Qummi family and relatives.
