The High Council of State (HCS) has postponed Tuesday’s session, which was to discuss the selection of the electoral law-making committee, and the item of drawing up a road map for the elections.

Canceling the session was to increase the consensus on the formation of the committee and the road map, the HCS media office said.

Last Thursday, the HCS approved the 13th constitutional amendment, which was issued by the House of Representatives earlier without waiting for the vote of the HCS.
