The Libyan Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dbeibah talked on last Thursday with a number of Heads of Political Parties as part of the partisan communication network and stressed the need for a new roadmap that leads directly to elections whose constitutional basis, he said, must be issued in a specified date or be replaced if delayed any longer.
The Heads of Political Parties discussed the political situation in Libya and ways to push forward the election process, reiterating the need for a new organizational structure for the work of parties that is in line with the latest developments.
