The High National Elections Commission has announced that the total number of organizations registered to monitor the municipal council elections totaled (61) organizations as of Thursday.
HNEC confirmed that the total number of individual observers totaled (617) observers.
In the same context, HNEC announced that the total number of voter cards that were delivered amounted to (49,617) cards, of which 35,434 cards were distributed to males and 14,183 cards were distributed to females.
