The High National Elections Commission (HNEC) announced on Tuesday the postponement of the conference titled “Challenges of Voter Apathy”, which was scheduled to be held on Monday and Tuesday in collaboration with the Open University of Libya.
The HNEC explained that the postponement was due to organizational reasons beyond its control, noting that a new date for the conference will be announced at a later time as soon as possible.
It also emphasized its commitment to providing the optimal conditions that ensure active participation and scientific outcomes that meet expectations.
