The High National Elections Commission (HNEC) has started publishing the provisional lists of voters in the delegated polling stations at which they are registered.

The HNEC called on voters to attend the polling stations at which they are registered, in order to make sure that their names are on the lists in preparation for receiving their electoral cards shortly.

The commission explained that an appeal against the registration of any voter must be placed before the District Court within the catchment area of which the polling center is located within 48 hours from the date of publishing the voter registry, stressing that it will not accept the appeal in the event that it is not notified of the court’s decision within the period specified for appeals.
